EMployee Progression Tool
In 2014, the initial rollout of a digital Employee Progression Tool was a significant step forward. However, this once-streamlined process had become a frustrating, time-consuming maze for managers and directors. The core problem wasn't a lack of features, but a fundamental breakdown in the user experience itself. Fast-forward to 2022 our mission was to rebuild the tool from the ground up, with a single goal: to simplify and humanize the employee promotion process. This project was a strategic effort to create an empathetic and efficient tool that truly supports the people who drive employee growth at Verizon.
